Revolutionizing the Future with the Past
Organic. Bio-Dynamic. Kosher+. Sustainable.
By returning to the core values of agriculture and sustainable farming, we are ushering in a new era of earth-conscious practices in grape growing. This approach not only respects the land but also enhances the quality of our, ensuring a healthier ecosystem. Emphasizing sustainability allows us to cultivate grapes that are not only delicious but also grown with care for the environment. Together, we can create a more responsible and thriving future for grape cultivation.

Organic
Organic farming embraces a natural approach to agriculture, prioritizing sustainability and biodiversity. The presence of weeds in our vineyard is a testament to this philosophy, showcasing that we do not rely on chemicals or pesticides. Unlike conventional vineyards, where the ground is meticulously cleared to eliminate any weeds, we allow nature to thrive, fostering a balanced ecosystem. While this method may yield lower production in some years, we believe that the long-term benefits of organic practices are invaluable. At Elul Vineyards, we hope to inspire others to join us on this journey toward natural excellence.

Bio-Dynamic
Biodynamic farming is a holistic approach that treats the farm as a self-sustaining ecosystem, highlighting the relationship between all living things. We are dedicated to reforesting and growing nearly 300 different fruits and vegetables, creating an environment where grapes and crops thrive naturally. Our goal is to cultivate without pesticides or harmful chemicals, promoting a balanced ecosystem that benefits both our plants and the environment.

Kosher+
At our establishment, we proudly hold all major kosher certifications, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of kosher compliance. We go beyond just maintaining kosher status; we also observe the Jewish "shmita" year, which you can see reflected in our photos showcasing full grape clusters that were intentionally not harvested or touched. Our dedication extends to producing wine that is not only kosher but also suitable for use in the "beit ha'mikdash," or the Jewish holy temple offerings. We strive to honor tradition while providing quality products for our community.

Sustainability
We are dedicated to sustainability and the health of our planet. Our agricultural practices yield exceptional grapes while nurturing the surrounding ecosystem. We aim to create a harmonious space that benefits both nature and our community, cultivating a greener future for all.
